I hope this translates into a good time this Saturday, but I made it to the forest service sign in 39 min 55 sec tonight. That is about 2 min faster than my previous best time to that point.

That is a great time. I've climbed to the sign twice in the past week and both times were in the 42's. The second half always goes faster unless you really die. The upper half should be about 5 to 10mins faster depending on how hard you split it, so your total should be under 1:15 if you can keep it steady! See you up there on Saturday.
