If Rob will promise to ride no-hands, sitting up really tall, and maybe with his arms out (to create a really good draft) then I might be able to sit on his wheel for a few hours. Rob, does that work for you????
Count me in for a ride tomorrow. I'd like to do the Horsheshoe to Emmett Loop, but I'll do whatever the consensus is. I like the 6:30 AM start time too. . . Actually what I like is the 10:30 - 11:00 AM finish time and if that means a cruel, cold, dark 6:30 roll time, so be it.
This ride might not be long enough for him (I don't think he rides anything under 100 miles), but maybe he could use this as a warm-up and put in another ride later. Craig -- do you watch the forum???
Maybe we could have a second flight shoot off around 9? I've got to get a sitter and 6am doesn't work for that. I'll be departing from Eagle if anybody is game to join me. An EHB loop could work but that hill/distance is going to whoop me without Rob as a tow truck. :)
If I take off with the gonzo group it's very likely that I'll get dropped and end up dead on the side of the road. But this way, you'll be along a few hours later and I'll have a 2nd chance to catch a wheel and get pulled back home!

How far?
How far is the EHB loop anyway? I need to do something longer to get ready for the race next weekend, but I don't want to kill myself either.
