Feed is working sweet Nate... but is there anyway we can get an "Authored by:" blurb added? When people comment or whatever I still usually have to click over to the site to see who it was that wrote the msg.
Basically you just subscribe to any "feed" with your preferred news reader. I use Google Reader. I setup all the sites I might visit right in google and then only check into one place for any new updates. Your reader will gather up anything new from wherever you've subscribed and just show you those things quickly and easily.
Or use firefox internet browser. You can add site to you "live" toolbar that sits up under the navagation buttons and you can click on each RSS feed you subscribed to and it will show you the last x amount of posts.

Just head over to http://www.google.com/reader/ and log in with your gmail account info... then click on the Add Subscription link and paste this link into it: http://treasurevalleycycling.com/aggregator/categories/1
That should get you started. Now look around for RSS feeds on all the other sites you might frequent. Pretty much everyone's got them now-a-days....
