Tom and I are planning to start the holiday at 7:00, Sept 1, at the Hobble Creek for an informal cross practice.
It promises to be COLD, so if you plan to come bundle up!
Tom gave some good pointers, and then he, Matt, Wayne, Rob, and I had some fun riding around the park. It wasn't as cold as I expected, but Tom was the only one tough enough to run Belgium-style -- just shorts with no warmers!
