Eagle Island Cross Race Volunteers
Hello All,
I have had a few people email asking what they can do to help with the Eagle Island Cross races.
The races are scheduled this year for Sept 27th, October 18th, and November 22nd.
This is what I need.
Setup: 2 people besides myself (Typically get there around 8:30 am)
Registration: 2 people (9:45am - 1:45 pm)
Clean-up: 2-3 people beside myself. (Usually 2:30 - 3something depending on how many people help)

cyclocross help
The only cyclocross date that I can help with is Oct. 18th but I'd be happy to help that day with whatever you need me to do. Bob doesn't know it yet but he'll probably be there too. :)

You know I am there all day. So count me in on all those races. I have them scheduled.
Setup
Put me down for setup/cleanup on the 18th.
Also, I think this will work better if people actually commit to what they're planning on doing on race day so it can get written down and counted on. I'll start the list on the end of Brad's original post.

I've been meaning to double-check dates with Jenny, but I'm pretty sure I'll be in town and ready for that race. So mark me down for cleanup on the 27th. I can probably help out on the other days also, but I'll check on that first and get back to you.
Willing helper
I will need to check my daughters soccer schedule (as I am the coach), but will gladly sign up to help with set up or clean up when I know our schedule.
