Tuesday June 10th - last chance eagle crit tuning
OK, so the weather says chance of rain AGAIN Tuesday night... but let's get this baby fired up as we've taken way to many weeks off. Should be the last good chance to get a couple more sprints in before the Eagle Crit. Who's in?! :)

not enough rain...
I had to be home by 6:00, so I got a short ride in before then. But I was all geared up for a big rain, and only got a sprinkle. Oh well.
So how was the "official" ride?
Official Ride
It was good. We also missed most of the rain. It was light and a bit windy... but not bad at all. We did some stomps and then a monster hill that almost had both Denning's puking. I had to stop and regroup while the others hammered on without me. I didn't think I felt the best, but analyzing the numbers afterwards I actually set new personal max power records from just over 1min all the way up to 5min. Amazing really... as I didn't feel good at all. Hopefully it's a good sign for the crit on Friday though, I won't get dropped until about 6mins at least. :) I think the LP200 was the shock my body needed to finally improve a little bit.

Dang, I'm already jealous of your power meter, do you have to keep pointing out how useful it is and how much you use it? :)

There is a 175 SRM K Force crankset on Ebay i am watching. It will probably go for way too much If it goes cheap enough I might pick it up. It is only at .99 right now.
