Let it Snow!?
Okay, Kerry and I are traveling to Tahoe for a family reunion tomorrow. We've never been there, heard it was beautiful. We have no big plans but to relax, play cards, eat, shop and enjoy outside. In the meantime, Kerry, who has never really mountain biked, got excited to maybe try the Flume Trail. I though "alright!" "Maybe I could get her to enjoy mountain biking as much as some of the road riding we do." I heard the trail is mostly 'tame' and scenic at the same time. We got online and checked the 'ideal' shots of the trail and she was all into renting a mountain bike to try it out. I was stoked. Well... until I dug a bit deeper and found this bike shop site of trail shots just one week ago.

What do you think? My chances are pretty stinky now. Looks like I'm not even going to attempt that trail or even going up there with more snow than trail.
