Allan Butler, the most exciting video I think I've ever done.

Thanks to the many Boise racers who made it to Idaho Falls for the Allan Butler Memorial Criterium. Despite the 4 hour trip, about 20 local riders really helped to prop up the dwindling attendance this year. It was a really enjoyable event with a fun 6 corner downtown crit. In talking with Nathan and Dirk (The Blue Ribbon RR) organizer, many suggested the combine these events into a cool stage race, bring in some bigger name sponsors, and really make it a destination weekend. I hope they do.

I hope you enjoy this video. It is packed with surprises and some interesting angles. I hope it gets you excited about bike racing. The whole video is exciting but the end has some bang too. Don't miss from about 6:00 on. Watch one of these links. As always, let me know what you think.

Wow that was awesome.

Well done. You were racing great. I have had a few of those happen to me. But I wasn't as cool and got it on camera. Fun to watch. Glad you and the bike are ok.

Great Vid!

Chris, great video and race! Sorry about the crash, you were in great position. The music was great, particularly after the crash and while you were being treated.

If I ever come home from Portland, I'll domestique one of these races for you... or cheer you on as you lap me.
