This clinic is timed to help you prepare for the road races in the George’s Cycles 2008 Spring Race Series!

• How to register for races
• USA Cycling licenses (annual, one-day)
• Training tips for race preparation
• Race day: What to wear (how to prepare for cold, wind, rain)

Anyone interested in a relatively easy going 60 miler tomorrow morning. I'm thinking west and somewhat flat. Weather could be a factor, but that is what a jacket's for. 72% chance of rain. I'd like to go riding by 7AM and get back between 10 and 10:30 AM. Should have a slight westerly wind on the way home.
